Physical Examinations performed by Methodist Sports Medicine, August Heart, and Sports Medicine Associates of San Antonio are being offered at Central Catholic High School on Tuesday, May 21st at 4:00 PM.
In order to participate in any Athletic or JROTC camp, practice, or event, you must have a current physical exam on file with the Athletic Trainer and physical examinations are valid for one year.
The cost for a physical examination done on this day is $20 and, in order to get a physical done, you must obtain the necessary medical history and release forms from Lanning Tucker in the KCCC Athletic Training Room, have them completed, and turn them into Lanning by Tuesday, May 14.
