For Central Catholic High School to remain a viable choice for the young men in and around the San Antonio area, we need all to support our mission of providing a quality Catholic Marianist education. The goals, dreams and vision that are before us play a role as we continue to offer our young men “The Advantage”. The tuition at Central Catholic for 2010-2011 school year will be $8,995. Keep in mind that this figure does not represent the total cost of educating your son. We still rely on the generosity of our alumni and other benefactors to offset the full cost.
Initial Registration Fee for the 10-11 SY
Incoming Students: $495 Non-refundable fee due upon initial registration (normally March 2010).
Current Students: This fee ($495) was billed last summer (July 2009) with tuition for the year.
Re-registration forms (course selection sheets) may not be accepted in February 2010 if account is not current.
In July, you will receive a bill that will include:
Tuition: $8,995 - (Includes book rental, yearbook, retreats, JROTC uniforms). Additional Fees (charged where applicable): Re-registration fee for 2011-12 $495 (all except seniors). Advanced Placement Test $85 per AP Course (all registered for AP courses)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
[Select an option by early June. Early payments may be made at any time.]
A - Full Tuition & Fees: due on or before August 6, 2010.
$8,995 less scholarships/discounts*, less 1% discount on adjusted tuition if paid on time. Add fees as applicable (re-registration & AP).
B - Pay by Semester – 50/50:
$8,995 less scholarships/discounts.* Add fees as applicable (re-registration & AP). Half (50%) is due on or before August 6, 2010. Balance of account due by January 7, 2011. Tuition is due and payable by semester, not by the month.
C - Monthly Payment Plan (10 month: July-April):
(Arrangements with Tuition Management Systems: afford.com or 888-805-9817) $60 enrollment fee paid to Tuition Management Systems directly to establish your Monthly Payment Plan account (not 1. part of school’s tuition). Fill out Enrollment Worksheet to estimate your monthly payment amount*. The enrollment deadline for this option 2. is June 15th. Once course assignments have been completed, the school will notify Tuition Management Systems of your official account balance for 10-11. That will determine/adjust your actual monthly payments. The monthly plan starts in July and ends in April. All payments are due to Tuition Management Systems by the 15th of the month.
NOTES:
Central Catholic High School requires any family who cannot pay in-full or by semester to sign up with Tuition Management Systems. There are additional charges due to Tuition Management for any late, incomplete or returned payments. Falling behind in payments during the semester may result in student suspension, per Central Catholic’s policy. Payment must also be current in order to take finals and/or to start classes in August and January. * Subtract any financial awards,scholarships and discounts received from CCHS and/or others.
