Student Information for Junior Ring Ceremony

Quick Information:
  • When: Thursday, March 17
  • Where: KCCC
  • Time: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Liturgy attire is required.
  • Please be in the gym no later than 6:00 pm. Check-in with Ms. Mora.
  • Two presenters per student. Presenters and students will sit together; additional guests are allowed in the audience section.
During the Ceremony:
  • The rings/jewelry will be on a table in the front of the KCCC. Father McDaid will bless these items.
  • When we call your name, you and your parents will come to the front of the gym. Dr. Hernandez will present your ring/jewelry to your parents and your parents will place the jewelry on your person.
  • A photographer will take a picture of you, your parents, and Dr. Hernandez. The photographer will be
available for additional picture packages after the ceremony.

What if I Did Not Order a Ring?

You may bring another piece of jewelry for the blessing. Some students prefer a watch or a necklace. If your
ring/other jewelry of choice will not be ready in time, we will have temporary rings available just in case. Please
do not miss the ceremony for this reason.

How Can I Pay the Balance on My Ring?

Your Jostens ring must be paid in full in order to have it for the ring ceremony. They only accept cash, credit or
debit card, and money orders for methods of payment. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. Class rings that are not paid in
full will not be handed out at the ceremony. Jostens will be available for payments one hour before the ceremony.
If you have not received an email from Jostens with your invoice, please call (210) 826-7961.
The easiest way to pay is online
  1. Go to https://orders.jostens.com
  2. Type in your order number
  3. Type in your passcode
Where Do I Bring My Item?

Bring your ring/watch/necklace/etc. to Ms. Mora's office in a box or Ziploc bag with your name on it. You
may begin bringing these in on Monday, March 14th. Ms. Mora will hold it until the ceremony. Jostens will
also leave all paid rings with Ms. Mora for the ceremony.
