This past Saturday, a group of Central Catholic Guardian Angels volunteered at the Mission San Juan Community Farm. The group, led by Mr. Bendele and seniors Will Paipa, Sam Hernandez, Ben Brown, Bryan Zertuche, and Noah Flores, spent the morning replacing irrigation hoses for their peach orchard. The produce from this farm helps feed the homeless at Haven for Hope and the San Antonio Food Bank. These young men definitely made a difference in serving our community!
