We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended the 2nd Annual JROTC Corps Day on Saturday, September 30th at the CCHS Campus. It was a truly remarkable day of celebration, camaraderie, and community bonding.

Corps Day, organized by our Cadets, served as an excellent platform to promote cadet and family engagement, boost morale, and foster a sense of togetherness among all the corps members. We were thrilled to see cadets and family members come together to relax, socialize, and participate in a wide range of recreational activities.

Throughout the day, there was an abundance of fun-filled games, sports, team-building exercises, competitions, and other forms of entertainment. Our esteemed event moderators, including CPT (RET) Dwayne Rhodes, 1SG (RET) Jose Gonzales, MSG (RET) Alexander Chavez, SFC (RET) Marcus Henry, Cadet Octavio Martinez, and Cadet Amaya Jones, did an outstanding job in keeping the energy high and the event running smoothly.

The event committee, led by Mr. Chris Claiborne as the President and Ms. Kimberlee Brysch as the Chair, demonstrated incredible dedication and hard work. We extend our sincere appreciation to Ms. Denise Pohl and Ms. Rachel Babcock for their exceptional hospitality throughout the day. Mr. Andrew Torres, as the Supply Tech, ensured that everyone had access to a wide selection of delicious meals, snacks, and refreshments We would also like to express our gratitude to Mr. and Ms. Martinez, our dedicated parent moderators, for their invaluable support and assistance during the event.

The 2nd Annual JROTC Corps Day was a resounding success, thanks to the strong participation and enthusiasm of the entire CCHS Corps of Cadets community.
