We are pleased to share that our varsity baseball team has made quite an impressive start to the season. Last week, the team began with a remarkable 5-0 victory over Sotomayor on Tuesday night. Building on this success, they then participated in the highly competitive Comal Baseball Tournament where they faced tough opponents.
Throughout the tournament, our Buttons demonstrated tremendous skill and determination, resulting in a commendable 3-1-1 record. They secured victories against Winsboro with a score of 3-0 and Houston Stratford with a score of 6-6. The team also displayed resilience in a hard-fought 6-2 loss against Pieper and an impressive 4-0 win against Boerne Champion. In addition, they celebrated a thrilling 2-0 win over MacArthur.
We are incredibly proud of our team's achievements as they now stand at an impressive 8-2-1 for the season. Their dedication to the sport and their remarkable performances serve as a true inspiration to all of us.
